IQ APARTMENT

The apartment is designed for a family of three. The layout includes a living room-studio, a master bedroom, a study, and a children’s room. At the rear of the apartment, the bathroom, guest toilet, and laundry are combined into a single volume. This arrangement allows all the main “wet areas” to be concentrated in one place.

This volume is clad with veneered wooden panels, into which flush-mounted doors are integrated. The built-in furniture is custom-made from painted and veneered MDF, with countertops and window sills in engineered stone. The flooring combines dark gray porcelain tiles and parquet boards with a pronounced texture.
