SAILING SCHOOL

The sailing school building is located in the southern part of the site, near the slips for launching yachts into the water. In front of the school, there is a designated area for storing training yachts of the “Optimist” class.

The layout includes a classroom (lecture hall), a coach’s office, male and female changing rooms, and a boathouse for storing masts, sails, and safety equipment. Two exterior walls of the classroom are designed as panoramic glazed facades, offering excellent views of the river and the yacht marina.

The building’s volume is a rectangular parallelepiped with a recessed central section that serves as a distribution wing. Above part of the building, there is an observation deck accessible via a staircase along the main façade. The railing of the upper terrace, integrated with horizontal wooden pergolas, functions as a sun-shading structure.
