YACHT CLUB RIVIERA RIVERSIDE

The site is located on the bank of the Dnipro River and features a slight terrain variation of about 0.5 m. The landscape composition combines both formal and picturesque styles. The artistic landscaping is primarily represented by conifer rock gardens, parterres, and open lawns.

A significant part of the site is dedicated to recreational activities by the water. At its center, there is a café building, accompanied by a summer terrace with gazebos and a pier.

In the southern part of the site, near the slips for launching yachts, stands the sailing school building. The volume is oriented perpendicular to the shoreline in order to preserve unobstructed visual connections between the site and the river. In front of the school, an open area is provided for storing Optimist-class training yachts.
